As is, of course. Intact dial, blued seconds, chevron (1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11). Again, this is a project or harvest watch – it 100% does not run, and will not run without significant work (Figure $1,500 minimum for restoration if you send it somewhere.) All that said, it is a very scarce find.
