Gutter folds themselves are not scarce, but they almost always occur on the second printing (fold occurring between 1st and 2nd print passes).
Here, you can see the reverse (1st) and obverse (2nd) printing went along without a hitch. But somewhere between the 2nd printing and overprint seals/serial and district numbering (3rd), a fold/crimp was introduced to the sheet. That fold persisted through the cutting process resulting in a now overly long bill @ about 6.95" vs the standard 6.14" and displays a partial print of the next note on both obverse and revers. Not to mention, the very obviously split right serial number and green seal and the misplaced black '6' district numbers.
