We've been buying over the counter in Virginia for over 20 years and I've never seen this medal. I knew it existed, sure, but this is the first one to walk in the door. So, I did a deep dive trying to find another example available or previous sold online... -0-, zip, zilch, nada. Same goes for even finding a picture of one!
