1915-S Panama-Pacific Silver Commemorative Half Dollar - Brilliant Uncirculated

Grade: Brilliant Uncirculated

Struck as part of the celebration of the opening of the Panama Canal these coins were stuck at the San Francisco mint and sold for $1 during the exposition.  The obverse features an allegorical Columbia with the Golden Gate in the background while the reverse is dominated by an Eagle perched on a six striped shield.
