Nice 1983-P quarters are so much tougher to find than people realize. They came out of the mint softly stuck and baggy as a matter of course. They were also widely used and didn't tend to get held onto.

This is a real deal original roll and every coin is well struck and well above average. Every coin has gorgeous mint bloom and I would not be surprised in the least to see people make MS 65 coins out of this roll.

* Its amazing I have to add this note but, to be clear, this is for a single coin from a nice original roll. Not, a complete roll which currently (12/14/23) has a Greysheet bid of $550.
