1918 Lincoln, Illinois Centennial, Silver Commemorative Half Dollar - Choice About Uncirculated


This half dollar was struck to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the admission of Illinois into the Union and was the first souvenir piece for any such event.  The obverse deatures the bust of Lincoln as depicted by the statue by O'Connor while the reverse displays the Illinois State Seal.
