1846-O No Motto $10 Liberty Gold Eagle - About Uncirculated Details

One of the tougher O mints from the 1840s. Though this specimen is not without issue (many are not without issue). Some sort of surface anomaly on the reverse will keep it from a straight grade but, terrific detail and nice color.

Please note, while we appreciate that this indeed appears to be the 1846/5-O variety, we concur with others that this, in all likelihood, should not be considered a major variety and leave it to you to decide how much premium you think it is worth. We are pricing it just as we would the non-overdate variety.
